What is Private Luxury Villas?

Private Luxury Villas is a semi comercial villa which is more to home concept with private entrance, private swimming pool and amenities. You will have some staffs to cater your needs during your stay there such as villa attendant, chef, gardener, tehnicin and security.The service is not full for 24 hours. Latest working time is maximum until 10 pm.

Does the cost of renting a villa charge per person or per villa?

The villas that are for rent through DwipaTrips do not charge per person but per villa. There may be additional fees for extra beds or for guests that exceed the number of guests that are allowed per villa.

What is the minimum stay policy for guests?

Minimum stay policies for guests are usually 2-7 days. These numbers are commonly flexible and vary depending on what season it is or what villa is being rented. Typically the longest minimum night stays are during peak season periods, some villas require a 7 10 nights stay.

How do I reserve a villa?

Simply contact us directly through email or phone, give us your contact & travelling details and your desired villa if you already have one. However, if you still require more info or still have no idea what villa to be chhosen, don't worry, we will be more than happy to recomend some villas for your reference. If you wish your reservation to be confirmed immediately, you will have to make a payment in full. If you would like to make a reservation and pay later, your booking will be held for 5 days. If you don't make a payment within 5 days of your reservation, your booking will be automatically released.

Does the villa needs a deposit or a payment in advance?

Yes, it is very important to do the payment in advance to secure the villa for you

How much do I need to give for my booking deposit?

50% of the rental amount must be given within 5 days during the low season and 2 days during the high season after the reservation has been processed. The balance of the payment is due within 45 days prior to arrival and 60 days before arrival for Christmas and New Year bookings. Payment in full must be received immediately after the reservation has been processed for bookings that are done in last minute which is less than 45 days prior to arrival.

Can I cancel my booking after I make a reservation?

Notice of cancellation must be received by DwipaTrips in writing by fax or email at least 60 days for Peak Season bookings Deposit will be refunded in full less US$500.00 OR 20% of monies received (whichever is greater), if the booking is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings). In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival the deposit will be forfeited. Reservations cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival are subject to a complete forfeiture of deposit to compensate the agency for the time and effort involved in making a booking and to compensate the owner for the loss of other potential bookings that have turned down once a booking has been confirmed. Final Payments are non-refundable

What do I do if I want to cancel or make changes to a booking that I made?

Contact DwipaTrips immediately of any changes that you want done. It is not a guarantee that your request will be made, due to high demand in villa bookings and availability.

Do all villas have Internet services?

Most of the villas offer Internet access. Some of them will offer it on complimentrWireless services, connection speed, and cost may vary deary basis, but some will charge it t your personal account. Costs are vary dending on what villa you are renting.

Does breakfast come with the package when renting a villa?

Some will offer it as a part of the villa rental inclusion, most are continental breakfast, but some villa do not included breakfast on their package

Does each villa provide transportation?

Most villas have cars and drivers that are available upon request and will require additional payment. Airport transportation is included with the price.

Does my villa include a personal chef?

Yes. Most villas have personal chefs who will cater to your every need when it comes to preparing a perfect meal. They will shop, cook, and care for your entire culinary requests. All villas have fully equipped kitchens for personal use of our guests.

Are there any additional expenses or fees?

Food, beverages, transportation, taxes, laundry & dry cleaning, internet and tips are some additional expenses to be aware of

Can I use my villa for special events?

DwipaTrips offers the best villas that are a perfect venue for weddings and large parties. Let us help you choose the right luxury villa that will suite what you want for any occasion.

Who do we speak to in our villa if anything is needed throughout our stay?

Each villa has a manager and staff that are available at all hours of the day to cater to you. You can also contact us directly with any questions and concerns and we will be more than happy to assist help you.

Is there anything we should know when booking a villa if we have children?

We will make sure that you have the perfect villa that will accommodate children and adults. Some villas are better matched for children than others. DwipaTrips can also provide babysitters upon request, a surcharge will be applied.

What happens to my villa if my flight is delayed?

If your flight is delayed please contact us immediately with your villa reservation details and we will contact the villa on your behalf to explain your situation and amend your booking details if required, we cannot guarantee the villa will not charge you if inside the hotels cancellation period, however our team will do all they can to help assist you.
